These terms apply when you browse Posteryze or place an order through the store. By using the site, you agree to follow these terms and any product-specific information shown at checkout.

Posteryze may update the store, product availability, pricing, and these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to new orders.

Ordering

Product prices, available formats, images, and descriptions are shown on the relevant product page. Add the items you want to your cart, enter your details, and review the complete total and delivery information before placing your order.

An order is accepted once the store confirms it or payment has been successfully authorized. If an item is unavailable or a clear pricing error occurs, we will contact you and refund any payment received for the affected item.

Payment

Payment options are presented at checkout. The currency, taxes, discounts, shipping charges, and final amount due are shown before you confirm the order.

Payment information is handled by the selected payment provider. Posteryze does not store your full card details.

Shipping

Available shipping destinations, delivery charges, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may change because of carrier delays, weather, customs, or other events outside our reasonable control. See the Shipping Policy for more information.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. You are responsible for additional duties, taxes, or carrier fees charged by the destination country when applicable.

Returns and damaged orders

Review the Returns and Refunds page and product information before ordering. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the listing, contact support as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos so we can investigate and help.

Some made-to-order or personalized items may be excluded from returns where permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Intellectual property

Posteryze names, artwork, product photography, copy, and site design belong to Posteryze or its licensors. They may not be copied, resold, or used commercially without written permission.
